Who this is for
For teams developing a subscription product or replacing a collection of manual tools with a maintained application. Product boundaries come first: accounts, permissions, customer workflows, operational responsibility and billing ownership. We make the difference between a tenant boundary and a UI filter explicit. The first release should prove an actual customer task before accumulating every conceivable administration feature.
What we build
A useful scope
- Account and permission models with server-enforced access
- Product dashboards, editorial workspaces and internal operations
- Subscription boundaries, service contracts and application observability
The exact scope, acceptance criteria and delivery boundaries are agreed after reviewing your product. These capabilities describe the work we can discuss; they are not a promise of a fixed package.
How delivery works
From context to delivery
- Define the account model, customer task and operational responsibilities.
- Deliver a complete product workflow with explicit API contracts.
- Test authorization boundaries, failure paths and the release procedure.
Technical choices
Architecture and tradeoffs
PostgreSQL suits relational workflows where integrity and transactional writes matter. Background tasks belong outside the request when they depend on an external service. We discuss tenancy, usage limits and billing expectations early; adding a payment button does not establish a correct subscription lifecycle.
