A useful engagement starts by making the problem and the delivery boundary clear. The sequence below guides the conversation; the exact scope depends on the product.
- 01Understand users, workflows and constraints
- 02Define scope, ownership and acceptance criteria
- 03Build one complete workflow
- 04Verify important behaviors and failures
- 05Plan release, observation and recovery
Discovery produces a shared view of what should exist and why. We discuss data, integrations, expected traffic, native dependencies and team ownership before committing to an implementation approach.
Delivery proceeds in reviewable increments. Each increment connects an interface to its actual data and verifies the behavior at the relevant boundaries. Build success and local tests are useful evidence; production readiness also needs environment configuration and operational checks.
Before work begins, we agree scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and how changes are reviewed. After delivery, ongoing support and improvements follow an explicit arrangement.
