This notice describes the default website implementation. It covers project enquiries and the limited session attribution used to understand how someone reached the enquiry form.
A project brief can contain your name, email, company, website, project type, stage, budget, desired start and message. The form asks for permission to contact you about that enquiry. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records or other sensitive material.
Campaign parameters and the initial landing page are retained in browser session storage for up to thirty minutes, then included with the enquiry. URL fragments and unrelated query parameters are not included in the landing page or referrer. No third-party analytics vendor or advertising pixel is enabled by this implementation.
Enquiries are stored in the private CRM for evaluation and follow-up. If the operator configures a notification endpoint, a signed notification can include contact details and the brief. Access to the CRM and bulk exports is controlled by backend permissions.
To discuss access, correction or removal of an enquiry, use the contact form and include the receipt reference where available. Data retention and service-provider arrangements should be reviewed as part of production operations; this implementation does not publish a fixed deletion schedule.
